Omg, latex is soo much fun. You just like of.... paint it on to stuff and let it dry and when you peel it of it's a horrid quibbly impression of the ...the... thing you latexed!
So i had this plastic skeleton, called Jim. And he was sitting in my art room all lonesome. (He doesn't have a head, but you could tell by his one hand flopping on the floor he was lonesome.
) So i decided to latex his spine, because it vaguely was related to the work i was doing with the tubes at the time.
And when i peeled it off, i had a prop from Alien.
Here it is scanned with a crappy wooden board behind it. I'm going to eventually put it behind a pain of glass. I went out to the scrapheap behind the college yesterday and there was a glazing company, so i asked "dear sir, would you be able to provide me with a pane of glass?" and the dear sir did say "yes, i can indeed! do take my pane of glass!"
*quibbles the spine*
